Free UPS Delivery to the UK Mainland is included with every Computer order.
At no extra charge we can also deliver to a local UPS Access Point if you are unable to take a home delivery (1-2 working day service + build time). Please specify the address of the Access Point that is most suitable for you in the 'Additional Instructions' box of the checkout process. Orders are dispatched usually with UPS, this is a tracked 1-2 working day courier service, you will be sent a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been built, tested and shipped.
Build times are specified on each product page which we do our best to stay within and to reduce where possible.
Every computer is custom built to your personal specification, more complex builds will take longer, for example adding an operating system will increase the build time by 1 - 2 working days.
We offer International shipping to Ireland and Mainland European Union Countries, shipping costs apply and delivery times vary depending on delivery destination (usually within 4 - 5 working days). These costs will be shown at the checkout stage.
Every Media Master Computer comes with a 2 year warranty as standard, including:
- First 90 days collect and return service
- First 12 months parts
- First 24 months labour
Between months 13 and 24 the warranty includes labour for replacing any faulty components (components are charged at cost price for the equivalent specification - no profit is made from this service).
PLEASE NOTE - Free collection service is not included on orders placed and delivered outside of the Mainland UK. All other warranty terms still apply.
Our warranty covers the mechanical or electrical failure of any components included in your purchased product.
The warranty does not include damage caused by water or environmental factors (such as high humidity, temperature, etc), normal expected wear and tear (such as scratches), modified systems such as replacing internal parts, abuse or miss-use of the product, damage from overclocking, software or virus related issues.
In the unlikely event that your PC develops a fault, please contact: email@example.com with details of the issue, please also include your order number in the subject line and we will be in touch as soon as possible to resolve the issue.
